You should not waste time in telling useless thing. Try to be rational. Make your simulator to ask you questions & then give the answer accordingly. Now-a-days, you are given problem based scenario. Make sure that your diagnosis is correct regarding the counseling topic. In counseling topic start from greeting, asking questions regarding symptom, and so on. I have given you some sample answer. Try to make new one if needed according to charts.
