This is the part which is easy if it comes from suggestion. So, try to memorize all the points of every known procedure. Sometimes there may be some uncommon procedure. If this happen try to be cool, think that all the examinee are not familiar with that procedure. So try to get the marks as far as possible. If it comes from suggestion try to get 8-9 out of 10. This edition contain lots of photos taken from my private practice. Thanks to all of my patients who allow to take photograph for this purpose.
